Arc. (Mrs.) Fatma Moma, MSc. (Architecture), MNIA, ARCON
Arc. Fatma Moma has been a practising Architect since May 1980, with over 20 years experience. Her skills include designing, pre and post contract administration, actual building supervision, procurement of building materials, interior design, decoration and furnishing, project management and maintenance and restoration of buildings. She has held the following posts: Resident Architect in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Human Settlement Officer, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA); Project Coordinator in the Federal Capital Development Authority, Abuja.
Arc. Moma has handled major projects abroad and in the country, especially in the Federal Capital Territory. These include design, supervision and maintenance of Diplomatic establishments in various cities of the world, including Nigerian Diplomatic establishments in Berlin, Dar-es-Salaam, Madrid, The Hague, Windhoek, Addis Ababa, and Washington DC, amongst others.
In addition, Arc. Moma handled various projects in Abuja, including the Federal Secretary Complex, Apo Legislators Quarters; National Centre for Women Development; Iranian Embassy – Chancery and Residence; Zimbabwean High Commission Chancery; The Gambian High Commission – Chancery and Residence, Al-Cooks Shopping Mall, all in Abuja. Other projects handled by Arc. Moma include Health institutions in Kano State and 1000 low-cost housing Units strategically located close to Community Schools, Health Centres and other socio-economic structures in all the Local Government Areas of Cross River State.
In the field of research, Arc. Moma took part in the research and production of a Report on the State of Human Settlements in Africa, as well as the African Continental Shelter Atlas for the United Nations International Conference on Human Settlements – Habitat II in Istanbul, Turkey, 1996.
Many projects in Abuja and Nigeria today bear testimony to Arc. Moma’s rare capabilities.
2 SAM OTENAIKE
Engr. Sam Otenaike B.Sc (Hons) Electrical Engineering. NSE.E. Eng.
A seasoned Professional Engineer, ENGR. SAM OTENAIKE, had his Engineering Education at the University of Lagos where he obtained a B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. He had a brief stint with LM Erricsson, a telecommunications giant in the industry before joining McAdog & Associates, a firm of Chartered Engineers involved in the design, supervision and commissioning of engineering projects. By dint of hard work, he rose to become a Partner in McAdog & Associates.
He re-designed the Electrical and Allied Services for the prestigious Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company Limited (NSPMC) New Factory Complex, Garki II – Abuja in 1997 when the source/specification of the machines changed from the traditional De La Rue used in the original planning of the factory to KOMORI of Japan machines. He prepared all the contracts from the redesigned stage through to tendering, appraisal, bidding, re-awards, procurement of Plants & Equipment, Factory Acceptance Tests of equipment and commissioning by the President and Commander-In-Chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in March 2001.
He also supervised the Environmental Impact Assessment Consultants for the NSPMC New Factory Complex, Abuja.
3 S. OTENAIKE
ENGR. S. OTENAIKE was the lead Consultant in carrying out a Technical Survey/Feasibility Study for the Nassarawa State Government of Nigeria on their proposed Waste-to-Energy Power Plant Project on behalf of Messrs Ener-Waste of USA.
Engr. S. Otenaike is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the prestigious British Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE), and registered by COREN with Registration Number R7250 and also holds the Membership of the Association of Consulting Engineers Nigeria (ACEN).
4 STEPHEN OZAVESE UKONGA
Arc. Stephen Ozavese Ukonga, M.Sc (Architecture)
Arc. Ozav Ukonga, holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, He is a graduate of a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.
He has working experience both in his native country Nigeria and abroad. His exposure at the Task Force on the construction of the National Stadium, Abuja has really enhanced his working capabilities and has made him versed in minutes and briefs taking, design and construction.
He is a young, hardworking, energetic Architect, who understands the diversity of Architecture. In Abuja, several of his projects have been executed.
5 JOHN OLADIRAN ADEOYE
Arc. John Oladiran Adeoye, M.Tech (Architecture)
Arc. Diran holds a master’s degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He has a diverse working experience having worked with various consultant architectural firms like Habitat Associates and Onoba and Associates.
He is extremely versatile with AUTOCAD and other computer programmes and is very versed in 3D.
6 UGONNA STANLEY CHUKWUKERE
Arc. Ugonna Stanley Chukwukere, MSc. (Architecture)
Arc Ugonna holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Imo State University, Owerri He has a wealth of experience in design and construction, owing to his involvement in projects like the 100 units Okporo Housing Estate in Imo State, 200 units housing Estate at Area H, Nekede Exclusive Gardens, Imo State, and a number of other projects. He joined the Company in August 2009 and his proficiency and versatility with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software is seemingly unparalleled.
7 MOHAMMED M. ABUBAKAR
Mohammed M. Abubakar (B-Tech, Quantity Surveying)
Mohammed M. Abubakar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Quantity Surveying from 1992 and he is registered with N.I.Q.S. He is a graduate of the Federal University 0f Technology, Minna, Niger State. He has experience in construction industry in Nigeria, both as Consultant’s and Contractor’s Quantity surveyor.
Some of his works as consultant with Construction Cost Services, Kano includes PTF works covering state secondary schools in Zone V – Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Benue and Plateau states. He also served as team leader for construction of staff quarters/office accommodation at NITT Zaria and National Universities Commission, Abuja.
The working experience as Contractor with Sitec S.A Limited includes construction of Pakistani Embassy resident/Office. He is now engaged in various projects of Foth Design & Construction Ltd. since he joined the company two years ago. In all cases his responsibilities include quantity surveying professional duties.
8 ADEYEMI ADEGOKE
Engr. Adeyemi Adegoke B.Sc (Hons) Civil Eng. MNSE.C.Eng.
Engr. Adeyemi Adegoke graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989 with B.Sc (Hons) Civil Engineering (Second Class Upper Division).
He was the Chief Resident Engineer for the new NSPMC factory project at Abuja. He was the Chief Resident Engineer for the NDIC Staff Housing Scheme at Karmo, Abuja.
He was the project engineer for the proposed Head Office Building for the Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission at Abuja.
He was the Project engineer for the Structural/Civil Works design of the Game Village, National Stadium, Abuja. He has attended various courses, seminars, meetings and workshops both locally and abroad.
He is registered by the council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
